Hartman & Tyner is working hard during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic to craft policies that serve our residents, while keeping our residents and staff safe and healthy. Because the CDC recommends social distancing and limiting group gatherings, we have closed communal amenities, including fitness centers and clubhouses until further notice.

In the interest of social distancing, we ask residents to please phone or email rather than visiting your community leasing office in person. The offices are closed until further notice.

Please pay rent online or mail payments to PO Box 630027 Cincinnati, OH 45263-0027. We no longer accept payments through our drop box.

Non-emergency maintenance requests will be delayed. Our staff will continue to respond to emergency maintenance issues such as no heat, floods, no water, broken refrigerators, carbon monoxide leaks, and lock-outs. Please call or email your community leasing office for details.

If experienced an involuntary layoff, ask your insurance agent whether your policy includes involuntary layoff coverage. If you purchased a policy through Assurant, call (888) 260-7736 to inquire about involuntary layoff coverage.
