|Online||Visit RentPayment.com and you'll have the option of paying with an E-Check or using a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. For your convenience, you may also set up recurring auto-payments. You'll need your tenant code (t-code) when registering with RentPayment for the first time. The t-code can be found on your lease, or we'll be happy to provide it if you stop by the leasing office.|
|By phone||Your RentPayment.com account also allows payments by phone. They can be contacted at 866-289-5977.|
|By mail||Send a check or money order along with your rental coupon to the address printed on the coupon. If you need more rental coupons or self-addressed envelopes, please stop by the leasing office and our staff will be more than willing to provide these to you. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.|
|In person||As a courtesy, some payments may be accepted in the office.|
Rent is due on the first day of each month. We provide a grace period until the fifth of the month with no late fee penalty. On the sixth of the month a late charge of $40.00 will be assessed, with an additional $40.00 assessed on the sixteenth if rent remains unpaid.
We recommend residents purchase renters insurance.
Dogs are not allowed at Chateau Riviera. Cats must be registered with the leasing office.
There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee for keeping cats. This is not a "pet security deposit" but rather a one-time fee. There will also be a $20 monthly pet charge for a single cat, or a $40 charge for two cats. Additionally, residents must obtain at least $500,000 of insurance to cover personal injury and property damage that may be caused by the pet.

Failure to follow any of the above rules could result in losing your rental concession if applicable or the termination of the lease. Management reserves the right to make modifications or additions to the above rules.

If you experience any of these maintenance issues and our leasing office is closed, call the emergency maintenance number listed above. For all other maintenance issues, please call our non-emergency number and leave a message. We'll get back to you during business hours.

All qualified resident referral vouchers are issued approximately thirty days after the referred resident moves into their new apartment home. Review your Resident Referral Form or contact the leasing office for more detailed information.
While our goal is to provide you with a comfortable environment, please keep in mind that there is a certain level of sound that is to be expected when living in a multi-dwelling facility. If the level of noise reaches a volume that is deemed to be excessive by other residents, please place this information in writing and deliver it to the Property Manager's attention. The responsible party will be immediately addressed.
