This person will be responsible to perform a variety of service requests, all plumbing, drywall repair or replacement, lock replacement, replace exterior and interior doors, light carpentry, touch up painting, install countertops, sinks, dishwashers, repair appliances, repair leaks, maintain and repair furnaces and air conditioners, etc. Perform all duties required of a Maintenance I and General Helper position. May also be responsible for on call for one or more properties as assigned, and assist with snow removal as needed.
